- Ingredients:
- Ground turkey
- Frozen Mixed vegetables bag (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas, etc.)
- Soy sauce
- Garlic paste
- Ginger paste
- Olive oil
- Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add ginger and garlic paste, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
- Stir in soy sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot, with rice or Quinoa.
