Turkey and Vegetable Stir fry

  • Ingredients:
    • Ground turkey
    • Frozen Mixed vegetables bag (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas, etc.)
    • Soy sauce
    • Garlic paste
    • Ginger paste
    • Olive oil
  • Instructions:
    1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
    2. Add ginger and garlic paste, sauté for 1 minute.
    3. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
    4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
    5. Stir in soy sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
    6. Serve hot, with rice or Quinoa.
