Ingredients

  • 2 cups semolina
  • 1/4 cups chopped carrots
  • 1/4 cups peas
  • 1/4 cups chopped potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 tea spoons split and skinned black gram
  • 1/2 cups chopped onions
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Method

  1. Bake/temper semolina
  2. Boil all vegetables that you wish to add (minimum Carrots, peas, potatoes)
  3. Heat some oil in a pan
  4. Add mustard seeds, limbdo?, green chilis, adad ni dal/split and skinned black gram. Sautee Onions
  5. Add semolina and vegetables
  6. Add salt, sugar, lemon juice
  7. Add hot/lukewarm water
  8. Let it cook
