    • Avocado, sliced

    • Feta Cheese

    1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
    2. In a bowl, combine cooked quinoa, black beans, cherry tomatoes, avocado slices, and Feta cheese.
    3. Drizzle with lime juice and season with salt, pepper, and cilantro.
