Ingredients:
- Red onion
- Medium potatoes
- Poha
- spices
- Mustard seeds
- Asafoetida
- Salt
- Sugar
- Lemon juice
Insturctions:
- Dice onions and potatoes.
- Soak poha in water. Heat oil
- Add mustard seeds and Asafoetida. Let mustard seeds pop
- Add diced onions and potatoes
- add turmeric
- Add salt to both pot and soaked poha
- Add sugar and lemon to soaked poha
- Add soaked mix to cooking pot and stir. let it cook for 3-5 minutes.
