Bhindi Sabji (Okra)

- Heat some oil. Add mustard seeds and Asafoetida
- Add green chili and garlic. Let mustard seeds pop
- Add Oakra (diced). Add salt and turmeric. Let it cook
- When Oakra becomes a little soft, add coriander and cumin powder. Add red chili powder and sabji masala.
- Let it cook. It should not become very soft.
