Bhindi Sabji (Okra)

  1. Heat some oil. Add mustard seeds and Asafoetida
  2. Add green chili and garlic. Let mustard seeds pop
  3. Add Oakra (diced). Add salt and turmeric. Let it cook
  4. When Oakra becomes a little soft, add coriander and cumin powder. Add red chili powder and sabji masala.
  5. Let it cook. It should not become very soft.
