Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken (shredded (about 3-4 cups shredded chicken))
- ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 2 packages King’s Hawaiian rolls (12 count each)
- 8 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Method
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease a large baking dish or sheet pan.
- Stir the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, ranch, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the connected rolls horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms in two slabs, then place the bottom slab in the pan.
- Layer cheese, buffalo chicken, more cheese, and the roll tops.
- Brush the tops with melted butter mixed with Italian seasoning.
- Bake until the cheese melts and the rolls are lightly browned, about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serve warm, with coleslaw if you want extra crunch.
