Method
- Marinate the chicken with Kashmiri red chili powder and turmeric.
- Heat oil in a pan, then add the onions and cook until softened.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook until it starts to brown.
- Stir in Greek yogurt and cook it down into the sauce.
- Add cumin powder, coriander powder, and garam masala.
- Add chili sauce, vinegar or soy sauce, tomato ketchup, and black pepper.
