Ham and Cheese Sliders

Ingredients
- Hawaiian sweet rolls
- Dijon mustard
- Thinly sliced cooked deli ham
- Thinly sliced Swiss cheese
- Unsalted butter
- Minced dried onion
- Worcestershire sauce
- Honey
- Poppy seeds
- Kosher salt
Method
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees and line a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with parchment.
- Slice the connected sheet of rolls in half horizontally.
- Place the bottom half in the pan and spread with Dijon mustard.
- Layer on half the ham, all of the cheese, the remaining ham, and the top half of the rolls.
- Mix melted butter with Dijon, dried onion, Worcestershire sauce, honey, poppy seeds, and salt.
- Brush the glaze over the tops and sides of the rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake until warmed through.
- Remove foil and bake briefly until the tops are toasted.
- Lift out, cut into individual sliders, and serve hot.
