Ingredients

  • potatoes
  • Green chili

Method

  1. Dice some potatoes
  2. Heat some vegetable oil
  3. Add cumin seeds, asafoedita
  4. Add potatoes, salt, turmeric, green chilli, cumin powder, coriander powder, Kashmiri red chili powder.
  5. When potatoes are around half way there, add some sugar and lemon

  • no water should be used in this recipe
