- Green chili
Method
- Dice some potatoes
- Heat some vegetable oil
- Add cumin seeds, asafoedita
- Add potatoes, salt, turmeric, green chilli, cumin powder, coriander powder, Kashmiri red chili powder.
- When potatoes are around half way there, add some sugar and lemon
Note:
- no water should be used in this recipe
