Ingredients
- Salmon fillet
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
- Dill
- Fresh ginger
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Grapefruit
- Oranges
- Radishes

Method
- Heat the oven to 325 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment.
- Pat the salmon dry, place it skin-side down if using skin-on fish, and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix chopped dill, grated ginger, and olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
- Spread half the ginger-dill mixture over the salmon and reserve the rest.
- Bake until the fish flakes easily or reaches about 120 degrees in the thickest part.
- Segment or slice the grapefruit and oranges, squeezing peel juice into the reserved ginger-dill mixture.
- Toss citrus and radishes with the reserved mixture and salt.
- Serve salmon in large pieces with citrus salad, avocado, olive oil, black pepper, and flaky salt.
